How to Pin directly into WYLDCAT

Good news! for whatever reason, the permalinks in WYLDCAT seem to Pin properly now without having to use the ISBN search URL. At least in Firefox and IE10 it does. In Firefox or IE10, go to the record, click on "link/share," copy that permalink, paste it into the URL bar and then pin it using the bookmarklet. The last time I tried Chrome, it didn't work at all.

How to Pin:

  1. Use Firefox or IE10 as your browser
  2. Search for the record
  3. Click on the "Link/Share" link
  4. Copy the auto-generated URL and paste it into the address box.
  5. "Pin it" using the bookmarklet

Seemed to work. Please speak up if it doesn't work for you.  If you search for the record directly in WYLD, without using the Link/Share option, you can pin the cover but won't get a permanent link.
