What the heck is that? (A Technology Showcase)

We are putting together a fun, rapid-fire session on new technologies for the 2011 Wyoming Library Association conference. This session will be held Thursday, September 29 from 11 a.m. until noon. (See conference schedule)

Session description: Join the New Technology in Libraries Interest Group to learn about 35+ up-and-coming virtual and physical technologies for libraries. We guarantee that you will learn about something that you’ve never seen or heard about before and that you will leave with at least one new technology to try when you return to your library.

Volunteers and ideas are welcome! We are looking for presenters and for ideas on great technologies to present.

Last year's session featured 29 new technologies in less than an hour. (See the list or view the slides.)
